The vine has been used to harvest grapes since Antiquity. To flourish, this perennial flower needs to be channeled. This vigorous flower knows how to demonstrate flexibility and agility when climbing. With the vigor that characterizes it, it quickly smothers the flowers and trees that are nearby. And when it is loaded too abundantly with bunches, the grapes quickly become bitter.
For the flower to deliver the best of itself, some limits must be imposed on it. Trimmed and disbudded, it produces delicious grapes. Before producing fruit, the flower is covered with flowers which often fade into the background. It is true that this flowering is discreet. Here, no colorful and exuberant petals, but small flowers full of restraint. However, they give off a scent full of tenderness, emblematic of the Bach Vine flower. If it doesn't look like much at first glance, the vine flower is therefore capable of imposing itself by simply using its natural sweetness.
