Delivery
We ship all our packages with Canada Post, Purolator or Nationex and DHL internationally. We use expedited parcel service and you will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery time 24-72 hours on working days once the order has been processed by our team. Marking provided with shipment.
In addition, for people in Estrie, you can select “pick-up in store” to pick up your order directly from our branch located at 800 13e Avenue Nord, Sherbrooke, Quebec, J1E 3K3.

Special instructions for your order:
If you choose Nationex, the delivery person will automatically leave the package at your door, no signature required. When choosing this option, you must ensure that it is safe for theft if you are away. If you have any doubts, we recommend using Canada Post.
Return policy

The products must be returned to us, in the original packaging (unopened), with the postal service provider of your choice, at your expense. We will issue a refund upon receipt of your products.
