Bach flower Holly comes from holly, a plant particularly sought after during the Christmas period. Indeed, this shrub is full of vigor from November, and remains colorful and full of life until March. It is known for its spiny leaves with tapering tips. These can look like little hearts, while the flowers, which appear during the months of May and June, are very pure white.
Holly is a slow-growing plant, which can live for almost three hundred years. If this shrub often measures a few tens of centimeters, it can sometimes reach several meters in height, in particular by clinging to other trees. Very resistant, the Holly can grow in the shade as well as in the sun, and its evergreen leaves make it a symbol of strength.
