Description
Liposomal GABA with L-theanine contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and L-theanine, both of which are known to promote mental and emotional calmness without impairing concentration and focus. GABA serves as an essential calming agent for the body, helping to combat stress. L-theanine is an amino acid found primarily in tea and various mushrooms. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and is known to block the binding of glutamic acid to glutamate receptors in the brain and has been thought to cause anti-stress effects by inhibiting the excitation of cortical neurons.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 mL (about 2 pumps) and hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
