What are the differences between Unytii PRO and Unytii?

Unytii PRO is the ordering platform for your clinical or personal inventory. .Its use is only for healthcare specialist.
Unytii is the referral platform for your clients.

What is your return policy? How do I handle a product return if a customer has a reaction to a product I purchased from you?

Unytii Pro and Unytii have a 7-day, "no questions asked" return policy. We will charge 15% for all returns made after 7 days (and before 30 days) from the receipt of your order. Products must be returned to us, in the original (unopened) packaging, with the postal service provider of your choice, at your expense. We will issue a refund upon receipt of your products.

For any allergic reactions or products received with a manufacturing defect, for you or your customers, please contact us directly at info@unyttipro.com or by phone at 1.877.575.0616. We will need a photo of the product showing the lot number and expiration date in addition to the product name. We will take care of filing the claim with the company and we will refund you for your problematic product.

Which professions are eligible to register for your services? Can you register if you are a student?

To become a Unytii Pro Partner, you must be a student or work in the healthcare field, use supplements and natural products, or refer them to your clients. If you have any questions, fill out our membership form and we'll contact you to discuss it further.

How do I get a referral account and get a promotional code to share?

Simply fill out the registration form available directly on our website. A team member will contact you to share your personalized promotional code within 24 working hours of your account opening request.

How does delivery work?

As long as we have the products in stock in our store, your customer's order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. An e-mail will be sent to your customer at the time of shipment, along with his or her order tracking number so they can follow it in real time.

Shipping charges are tiered according to the amount of the shopping cart before taxes, i.e. $9.99 for orders under $200, $7.99 for orders of $200 and over.

How do I refer customers and earn commissions?

You have 3 options:

  1. Simply refer your customers to unytii.com and tell them to use your promotional code at checkout. Your code is valid for the entire website and can be used at any time.
  2. Set up a shopping cart to simplify your customer's buying process: act as if you were shopping online for yourself by adding the products you want to suggest directly to the shopping cart. There's no need to log in to a Unytii account to do this. Then click on the shopping cart icon, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “share shopping cart”. All you have to do is give this link and your promotional code to your customer. They'll still have the option of modifying the contents of the shopping cart before placing their order.
  3. Use your personalized affiliate link. This link can be found directly in your commission portal. To validate that your link is working, you should see a bar appear at the top of your screen indicating that the person is indeed on your platform. By shopping via your affiliate link, you'll automatically make 25% commission on all your customers' purchases if they don't enter your promotional code.

A transfer is made at the beginning of each month as soon as you have accumulated more than $100. If the amount is lower, it will be added to the commissions of subsequent months until the $100 mark is reached.

Tax statements are issued for annual commissions of $500 or more.

How do I check my commissions?

All you have to do is log into your account via unytiipro.com, then go to the “view my commission portal” tab.

Where can I find my personalized affiliate link?

Simply log into your account at unytiipro.com and access your commission portal. Once you're there, your personalized affiliate link will be there.

How does remuneration work?

Tax statements are issued starting from $500 annual commission

Can I have more than one promotional code?

The platform does not allow the creation of more than one promotional code per therapist.

Do you need a promo code to access the therapist price for each company?

As soon as you log in to your account, you'll automatically see your therapist price. The regular price will be crossed out, and the company-related discount percentage will be displayed directly on each product.

How does delivery work?

Delivery costs are established according to levels based on the amount of the shopping cart before taxes, i.e. $19.99 for orders between $0 and $300, $14.99 for orders between $300 and $500 and $0 for orders of $500 and more.

How can I get my order as quickly as possible?

At any time, you can check whether we have the products in stock directly on each product page. If the products are already in our inventory in Sherbrooke, you can be sure to receive your order as quickly as possible.

Is there a minimum purchase for each order?

There is no minimum purchase required to place an order. However, your delivery charges are based on the amount of your order.

Why is the shipping price higher on Unytii Pro than on the Unytii reference platform?

Since the shipping price of packages is set by carriers based on several criteria, including the weight of the boxes, and since orders placed by therapists versus their clients are much heavier, the cost of shipping is increased. Furthermore, because our profit margins are much slimmer on Unytii PRO due to the generous discounts we offer, we are forced to charge slightly higher shipping fees to avoid running a loss.

How do I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

If you wish to remove any products, please contact us as soon as possible either by email or phone.

To add products, simply log in to your account, go to the "Add to my order" tab, and fill in the requested information. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request.

What are the advantages of the transactional site compared to the reference program?

The transactional site allows you to sell directly to customers without them having to go through another site, which optimizes the shopping experience and maximizes conversions. Unlike the referral program, where sales are made through Unytii, your online store gives you complete autonomy over sales, promotions, and customer relations management. Plus, you can customize your store to match your branding.

How much does a transactional site cost?

The cost of a transactional website depends on several factors, including the initial setup, custom design, and additional features you want to add. Prices range from $1,300 to $2,000. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

What are the timeframes for having a functional online store?

The time it takes to go live varies depending on the complexity of your project. Typically, a standard store can be ready in 2 to 4 weeks after validation of the elements (product catalog, visuals, content, etc.).

Are there any recurring costs to the transactional site?

Yes, there are monthly costs related to Shopify fees. There's an annual fee of $360 for store maintenance and updates. Additionally, depending on the options you choose, fees for specific features or payment gateways may apply.

Is it possible to hide the online store with a password?

Yes, you can protect your store with a password, which allows you to restrict access to a specific audience (e.g., privileged customers, partners, employees).

Is it possible to limit access to the online store?

Yes, there are several options to restrict access to your store: • Password access • Creation of customer accounts with manual approval • Restriction of purchases to certain user groups

Is it possible to sell ebooks online?

Yes, our platform supports the sale of digital products such as ebooks, PDF guides, online training courses, etc. Once purchased, your customers will be able to download the file directly from their account.

Is it possible to select only a few product lines?

Yes, you can customize your store to offer only a specific selection of products. You have the flexibility to choose the ranges that best suit your target customers.
