Description

Luxury bath salts containing Dead Sea salts and magnesium flakes for true muscle relaxation. pH balanced so as not to cause irritation, even on the most delicate skin and membranes (yes, we are talking about those). With pure organic copaiba, arnica and peppermint essential oils to relax and relieve sore, overworked or tired muscles.

pH balanced - no citric acid or sodium bicarbonate which can irritate the skin and contribute to UTIs.
Magnesium flakes + Dead Sea salts to relax and soothe muscles and tension.
Arnica oil to reduce inflammation and soothe muscle and joint pain.

Dosage

Adults: Fill your bathtub with hot water.
Add at least 100g (1/5 pack) of Achy Achy Sore Muscle Soak under running water and swirl.
Submerge yourself in the water and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes.
Drink water or herbal tea before, during and after bathing.
Dry yourself gently.

Hot or lukewarm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding) unless advised to do so by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
