Adults: Three (3) capsules two (2) to four (4) times daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Contains milk-derived ingredients. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

A sufficient amount of lactase has been added to support lactose digestion. This product is gluten-free.
