Spike lavender and tea tree essential oils are used in aromatherapy to relieve earaches. Tea tree, peppermint, rosemary, bay leaf and clove essential oils are used in aromatherapy to relieve sinus congestion. Pranarōm's AROMAVITA are blends of 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oils, intended to be mixed in a vegetable oil and applied to the skin with a more or less firm massage.
Adults (≥ 18 years): For topical application: Add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times daily. Do not use undiluted essential oil topically. Do not apply to the ears or nose. Direct inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily. For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with carrier oil. Store at room temperature.
