Dosage
Adults: Take 11g 1 time per day. Mix 1 scoop (1.5 of a tablespoon) in 227 ml of water daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. For prolonged use, consult your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 5 months to observe beneficial effects.
