Description
BioClear supports detoxification pathways by providing key nutrients in a wide range of bioavailable vitamins and minerals. This formula uses forms of each nutrient designed to both bypass metabolic bottlenecks and for optimal absorption, including riboflavin 5-phosphate, 5-MTHF form of folate, mixed tocopherols, and citrate or picolinate of most minerals. BioClear's low allergen organic pea and rice protein not only complements an elimination diet, being soy and dairy free, but pea protein in particular provides a complete protein at least as effective as whey for muscle development.
Clinical nutrients such as N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), glutathione, taurine and green tea extract promote detoxification of endogenous and exogenous toxins. NAC has been shown to directly increase cellular glutathione levels, limiting toxicity and enhancing the elimination of many toxins, including mercury, lead, cadmium, and a variety of persistent organic pollutants. Taurine provides antioxidant support, increases mitochondrial protein synthesis, and has been shown to improve cardiac and endothelial functions.
Dosage
Adults: Mix 2 servings (60 g) well per day in 375-500 ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.), immediately before consumption with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Avoid taking the product at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
