Adults and children 1 year and older: Take one sachet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 1 to 5 years: Dissolve the dose in a small amount of water before administration. Children over 5 years: Dissolve directly in the mouth, or add to water, milk, or yogurt. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
