Adults: Lymphatic Detoxification: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) every morning on an empty stomach with a little water. Kidney Detoxification: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) with a little water on an empty stomach, at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Liver Tonic Tea: Adults: Take once every morning: pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tbsp (15 mL) of herbs and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the tea; OR take several times throughout the day: three times a day, pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tsp (5 mL) of herbs and let it steep for 20 minutes, then strain and drink the tea. Intestinal Detoxification: Adults: Take daily on an empty stomach. Mix 2 teaspoons with 150 mL of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or other similar beverage). Stir vigorously and drink immediately. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products. After taking the first dose, effects usually occur 12 to 24 hours later, but may occasionally take 2 to 3 days.
