Nutritional information

You have a lot of responsibilities and you feel overwhelmed, you take on more work than you can handle. The Bach flower Elm is a bright color, in shades of red that are easily associated with vitality and dynamism. These are flowers composed of glomeruli, that is to say, juxtaposed petals. They are arranged in an umbel, a shape open to the outside, with a radiant appearance, and swing at the end of thin short stems attached to trees. The Bach flower Elm blooms before the arrival of spring, in February, and remains in flower for about three months. They are found on elm trees, which are native to Great Britain. We recognize its deciduous leaves by their green color and their simple, oval shape, with serrated edges. These trees, whose wood is very resistant, can reach thirty meters in height and live for several hundred years, which gives them a robust appearance. Although it was once very common in the main squares of villages, the elm is rarer today. It is found in several European countries, preferably in sunny regions, as it particularly likes rich and fertile soils.

Adults: 2 drops in a glass of water or on the tongue 4 times a day.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Grape alcohol 27% v/v, aqueous solution of ulmus procera flowers (dilution 1/500).
