Adult women: Use 1 pessary daily. Insert 1 pessary intravaginally daily before bedtime for 10 days until the end of the bottle or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If taking antibiotics, use this product at least 2–3 hours before or after taking them. Gently rotate the narrow end of the pessary in the applicator until it is firmly inserted.
