Remedies include: Aconite, Apis, Arnica, Arsenicum, Belladonna, Cantharis, Hypericum, Ipecac, Ledum, Nux Vomica, Phosphorus and Ruta, all in 30C dilution.
Acute conditions include: bee stings, insect bites, burns, concussions, fever, food poisoning, hangovers, heat stroke, nausea, injuries/bruises/trauma, nerve pain, nosebleeds, puncture wounds, shock, sprains and strains, toothaches, traveler's diarrhea, urinary tract infections and vomiting.
1 dose = 15 drops directly under the tongue OR in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, then swallow. For acute or urgent symptoms, take one dose every 15 minutes until symptoms subside, or up to 3 doses total. For more moderate symptoms, take one dose 3 times daily. As your condition improves, you can space out the doses, then stop treatment. Try to take remedies between meals and without drinking (except for water). If taking frequently every 15 minutes, try not to consume anything between doses. In severe cases or if symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
