Melatonin helps increase total sleep time in people with sleep restriction or an altered sleep schedule, e.g., flextime work or jet lag. Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome. Helps reset the body's sleep/wake cycle (an aspect of the circadian rhythm).
Adults: Take 1–3 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take once daily, at or before bedtime. Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Each tablet contains: Melatonin (N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) 3 mg Nonmedicinal ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, and vegetable stearic acid.
