For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with carrier oil or water. Store at room temperature. For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted to the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).
