Sensitol is a unique formula composed of two naturally occurring inositol isomers (myo-inositol [MI] and D-chiro-inositol [DCI]) and alpha-lipoic acid, designed to support metabolic pathways involved in insulin function and glucose metabolism. Insulin resistance (IR) syndrome involves dysregulated insulin and glucose metabolism, which are known to be causative and/or aggravating factors in several pathological conditions and diseases.
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Recommended dosages are for typical use by an average healthy 68 kg adult. Healthcare professionals are encouraged to use their clinical judgment and adjust dosage based on individual goals, body weight, medical history, and concurrent use of medications and supplements. Note: Best taken on an empty stomach, especially well away from carbohydrate-rich meals. Inositol absorption is also impaired by compounds in coffee.
