Twice Daily Multi with Boron(TDM) is a two-capsule-a-day multivitamin designed to provide nutrients that are difficult to obtain in a typical daily diet. This product was developed based on the principles of evolution and human biological adaptation to a nutrient-rich, whole-food diet for optimal energy, further guided by common nutritional deficiencies in the United States and established Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) and Adequate Intakes (AIs). TDM contains tocopherol-free vitamin E isomers, a mixture of gamma- and delta-tocotrienols, which provide multiple benefits for overall health, and a unique blend of vitamin K1 and various forms of vitamin K2. It also includes a natural form of folate to support common genetic polymorphisms and a healthy dose of vitamin B12 to help reduce various malabsorption syndromes.
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take with calcium.
